The International Chair in Blockchain for Cybersecurity, ‘CyberChain’, coordinated by the National Cybersecurity Institute of Spain (INCIBE) and the BISITE Research Group at the University of Salamanca, will launch the second edition of the course Circular Economy and Technology: Blockchain and Cybersecurity for a Sustainable Future on November 5.
This is a free online training program available on the e4you course platform for anyone interested. Disruptive technologies can be particularly useful in achieving a sustainable and inclusive world by implementing the circular economy paradigm. In this context, blockchain has emerged as one of the most promising alternatives for introducing this type of platform into the real world.
The course content is divided into five modules and a final prototype workshop:
Those interested in taking the course can register for free on the platform, and once they complete the training, they will receive a certificate accrediting their participation and the knowledge acquired.
The course offers a comprehensive and applied learning experience that combines theory, practice, and critical analysis to promote a deep understanding of the principles of the circular economy and its relationship with sustainability, technology, and cybersecurity.
Throughout the different modules, participants will be able to connect theoretical foundations with practical cases and real-world examples, exploring how the circular economy can be applied in sustainable and secure technological environments.
